This picture is more of the outfit combo than him holding the puppy. A sim in the top criminal work clothes with a red santa hat. It makes him look like some sort of evil santa.
Evil Santa Sim just got scared by a ghost. He jumped up and is standing in the chair. I thought it was a rare glitch, but have seen it happen many times now. So it must be the way the game works if they are spooked from that type of chair.
This is just a random shot of the sims using the new mirror. I love that more than one sim can use this mirror at once.
